"I wanted to let you know I’ve been the client rep aboard the Harvey Sub Sea for the last week. Your crew on here, with Moncell Collins as the camp boss, has done an outstanding job for us. The quality of the food and the preparation has been excellent throughout the week. If anybody couldn’t find something on the menu at each meal to please themselves they were just being hard to please, in my opinion.

Additionally, the entire crew kept the galley/mess area and the rest of the vessel that they were responsible for in a high state of cleanliness at all times. I was really impressed. I know that I probably got a higher level of attention each day since I was the company man, but nonetheless all the public areas were kept up all the time.

I have nothing but good things to say about your entire crew and I would be happy to see them on the boat again for our next job."

“I wanted to express my pleasure with working alongside your Bayou Chef’s crew. This was one of the best crews anyone could ask for. They made our home away from home feel very

comfortable, especially for those of us that don’t go offshore that often. The attention, courtesy and care they gave us made us all feel special and welcome. The meals provided were always well prepare and thought out. When some of us had special requests, they would smile and prepare the best special requests possible. We always looked forward to meal time, not because of the break it provides, but because of the culinary flavors (and desserts) they provided. Not many vessels have utility hands that care for us like this crew did; always ensuring that our rooms, workspace and galley are always clean and comfortable. Those little things make allow us to focus on work and relax when we have some down time. The attention to detail and service is greatly appreciated. On a personal note, the attitude of this crew was very uplifting. Always working with a smile, and asking if there was anything they could to do help. Sometimes we take good service for granted. Exceptional service like this really stands out.”
