Bayou Chefs offers an array of personnel with all credentials and have been in-house trained at our training facility. Bayou Chefs can handle any of your offshore needs. Bayou Chefs has the ability and properly trained staff to handle all your vessel needs, as well as offshore platforms as they face different challenges in the Gulf of Mexico. We also have the staff and resources to support land camps from West Texas/ New Mexico to Chemical Plants in South Louisiana.
Bayou Chefs has found a niche as a disaster relief caterer and has the equipment to mobilize to remote areas in the event of natural disasters, to allow utility companies and municipalities to speed up the restoration to the affected areas.

All Bayou Chefs’ catering and housekeeping crews are experienced and trained to meet industry standards required to work in the US Gulf of Mexico. We have built our team using a US work force. Bayou Chefs is built off of experienced offshore cooks and infused talents from different culinary institutes throughout the south, to offer a great culinary experience.
For our clients, we provide a variety of dietary options not only to cater to low cholesterol, low fat, low sodium diets, but are also capable of satisfying other dietary needs such as different ethnicities.
